Product Availability & Made-to-Order Items

All our jewelry and high jewelry ready-to-wear pieces are made to order. Each piece requires up to 14 days for creation before shipping.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bespoke jewelry is uniquely crafted based on the client’s specifications. These orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For bespoke inquiries, please contact us directly via our contact page or directly to info@josetteleon.com.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in AED currency and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods at checkout. Full payment is required before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are available on our shipping page. Josette Léon Jewelry FZE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external courier services. Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds on any item. Exchanges are permitted only for sizing adjustments. If you need to exchange a piece for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. Bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
