At Josette Léon Jewelry FZE, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. As our jewelry is made to order, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy. However, we do offer exchanges for sizing adjustments under specific conditions.

Returns Policy
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds on any purchases.
  • All items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges Policy
  • We offer exchanges only for resizing purposes, subject to the following conditions:
  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • Customers must initiate the exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The exchange is valid for sizing adjustments only and does not apply to different designs or styles.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Bespoke & High Jewelry Orders

Bespoke pieces are final sale as they are crafted exclusively for the client.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange for sizing, please email us at info@josetteleon.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item name and size issue
  • Preferred new size

Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
